Bremelanotide PT-141 (BPT-141) was originally developed from the peptide hormone Melanotan II to induce sunless tanning. In its initial testing, Melanotan did induce tanning but also caused sexual arousal and spontaneous erections as unexpected side effects in nine out of ten of the original volunteer test subjects. Further testing and refinement of the peptide produced BPT-141.
Unlike Melanotan, BPT-141 does not induce tanning. It is, however, very effective in treating sexual dysfunction in both men and women. It is one of the few FDA-approved medications for treatment of hypoactive sexual disorder in women and has been proven to treat erectile dysfunction in men. Unlike Viagra and related medications which acts on the vascular system and can cause issues with blood pressure drops and cannot be used by people with cardiovascular issues, BPT-141 directly increases sexual desire via the central nervous system instead.
And patients are now free to enjoy a few glasses of wine on date night as BPT-141 does not interact with alcohol! BPT-141 is a safe and efficacious method to put the spark back into your relationship.
LGD-4033 is a non-steroidal, oral, selective androgen receptor modulator, or SARM. SARMs work by raising androgen levels in the body. Androgens, of which perhaps the most talked about is testosterone, are the basis for sexual desire. Known as sex hormones, low androgen levels result in decreased arousal and urgency, decreased mood and loss of muscle tone, which can impact orgasm strength. While LGD-4033 was originally developed as a safe, side effect free alternative to anabolic steroids in inducing muscle mass, studies also show that it enhances libido and mood. It also increases muscle tone, strength and endurance; driving orgasms to a whole new level!
Oxytocin has been long linked as the hormone responsible for parent-child bonding. Now, however, increased oxytocin levels have been linked to trust facilitation and attachment between individuals, modulation of anxiety, and enhancement of positive feelings. For instance, MDMA (also an ingredient in the club drug “ecstasy” or “molly”) has been proven to induce feelings of love, empathy and desire in users. It does this by stimulating large releases of oxytocin in the brain. Of course, MDMA and its affiliates come with many negatives, making it less than ideal for those looking for a safe, legal way to “feel the love”. Available in a nasal spray, injection or capsule, pure oxytocin can enhance sexual desire, increase connection, and lead to a more affectionate relationship without side effects.
For those looking for both connection and to address sexual dysfunction, oxytocin can be combined with tadalafil, commonly known by the brand name Cialis.
